No. Thread Executive Support is available to any charity, whether or not you use the Thread platform. Some services work best with the platform, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Get in touch. If it's something we can do, we'll give you a fixed price before we start. If it's outside our scope, we'll say so.
Payment is taken upfront before work begins, by card via Stripe. For larger pieces of work we can agree a deposit and balance — just ask.
You review the work, consolidate your feedback, and send it to us once. We make those changes and that's the final version. We don't charge for minor corrections — only for significant changes that go beyond the original brief.
